In this Order the expression “predecessor in title” means any person from whom a person making a claim under this Order

(a)

has, on or before the date of this Order, succeeded, whether by assignment or otherwise, to the property, or interest in property, to which the claim relates; or

(b)

has, after the date of this Order, succeeded otherwise than by assignment, or would, but for the Roumanian measure giving rise to the claim, have so succeeded after that date to the property or interest in property to which the claim relates.
