  "text": "FOREIGN COMPENSATION\nMade 21st December 1977\nLaid before Parliament 6th January 1978\nComing into Operation 27th January 1978\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of December 1977\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers in that behalf by section 7(1) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950 and section 3(2) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1962 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
