This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 1991/1982 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 9(5) and 12(2) of the Oil Taxation Act 1983and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
