  "text": "(1) This Act applies in relation to any action or proceedings by or against the Crown as it applies in relation to actions and proceedings to which the Crown is not a party.\n(2) For the purposes of this section references to an action or proceedings by or against the Crown include references to—\n(a) any action or proceedings by or against Her Majesty in right of the Duchy of Lancaster;\n(b) any action or proceedings by or against any Government department or any officer of the Crown as such or any person acting on behalf of the Crown;\n(c) any action or proceedings by or against the Duke of Cornwall.",
