Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 18(2) and 21(1) of the Foreign Marriage Act 1892, as amended by sections 4(2) and 6 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1947 and section 1 of the Foreign Marriage (Amendment) Act 1988, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
