# The Foreign Marriage (Amendment) Order 2013, Article 1: Citation, interpretation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Foreign Marriage (Amendment) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order a “foreign marriage” means a marriage solemnised in a foreign country.
(3) This Order comes into force on 1st January 2014.
