  "text": "MARRIAGE\nMade 14th March 1990\nLaid before Parliament 22nd March 1990\nComing into force 12th April 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of March 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 18(2) and (3), 21(1) and 22(6) of the Foreign Marriage Act 1892, as amended by sections 2, 3, 4(2) and 6 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1947, and by section 6 of the Foreign Marriage (Amendment) Act 1988, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
