  "text": "MARRIAGE\nMade 3rd July 1964\nLaid before Parliament 9th July 1964\nComing into Operation 1st October 1964\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 3rd day of July 1964\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon Her by sections 18(2) and (3), 21 and 22 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1892, as amended by sections 2, 3, 4(2) and 6 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1947 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
