  "text": "MARRIAGE\nMade 19th October 1970\nLaid before Parliament 23rd October 1970\nComing into Operation 1st January 1971\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of October 1970\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 18 and 21 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1892, as amended by sections 4(2) and 6 of the Foreign Marriage Act 1947, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
