  "text": "BROADCASTING\nMade 6th April 1993\nLaid before Parliament 7th April 1993\nComing into force 1st May 1993\nWhereas the Secretary of State has received notification from the Independent Television Commission in accordance with section 177(2) of the Broadcasting Act 1990 that the quality of the foreign satellite service known as Red Hot Television is unacceptable and should be subject to an order under section 177 of that Act:\nAnd whereas the Secretary of State, having received such notification, is satisfied that the making of such an order is in the public interest and compatible with any international obligations of the United Kingdom:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 177 of the Broadcasting Act 1990, hereby makes the following Order:",
