# The Foreign Satellite Service Proscription Order 1998, Article 2


The foreign satellite service which at the date of making this Order is known as Eurotica Rendez-Vous (and also as Eurotica) is hereby proscribed for the purposes of section 178 of the Broadcasting Act 1990.
