  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Forest Reproductive Material Regulations 1977, so as to remove the requirement for an importer or consignee of forest reproductive material, imported from a Member State of the European Communities, to produce a certificate of provenance to the customs authorities.",
