  "text": "After section 8 of the Forestry Act 1967 there shall be inserted—\nGeneral duty of Ministers.\n8A In performing their functions under this Act the Ministers shall have regard to the national interest in maintaining and expanding the forestry resources of Great Britain.\n.",
