  "heading": "Management of land to further sustainable development",
  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers must manage land mentioned in subsection (2) for the purpose of furthering the achievement of sustainable development.\n(2) The land referred to in subsection (1) is—\n(a) land in the national forest estate that is not forested, and\n(b) other land that is not forested that is—\n(i) owned by the Scottish Ministers having been acquired under section 18(1) or 19(1),\n(ii) managed by the Scottish Ministers having been acquired under section 18(1) or 19(1), or\n(iii) managed by the Scottish Ministers by virtue of an agreement under section 17(1).\n(3) This section is subject to section 17(4).",
