# The Forfeiture (Northern Ireland) Order 1982, Article 7: Exclusion of murderers


Nothing in this Order or in any order made under Article 4 or referred to in Article 5 (1) or on any decision made under Article 6(1A) shall affect the application of the forfeiture rule in case of a person who stands convicted of murder.
