  "heading": "Penalties for offences under Part II.",
  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence to which this subsection applies shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction—\n(i) to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or\n(ii) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months; or\n(iii) to both; and\n(b) on conviction on indictment—\n(i) to a fine; or\n(ii) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years; or\n(iii) to both.\n(2) The offences to which subsection (1) above applies are offences under the following provisions of this Part of this Act—\n(a) section 14(1);\n(b) section 15(1);\n(c) section 16(1); and\n(d) section 17(1).\n(3) A person guilty of an offence to which this subsection applies shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction—\n(i) to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or\n(ii) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months; or\n(iii) to both; and\n(b) on conviction on indictment—\n(i) to a fine; or\n(ii) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or\n(iii) to both.\n(4) The offences to which subsection (3) above applies are offences under the following provisions of this Part of this Act—\n(a) section 14(2);\n(b) section 15(2);\n(c) section 16(2);\n(d) section 17(2); and\n(e) section 17(3).\n(5) A person guilty of an offence under section 18 or 19 above shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; and\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine.\n(6) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
