Article 3 Exportation of goods to Bosnian Serb controlled areas and areas of Croatia

Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article or the Export of Goods (Control) (Croatian and Bosnian Territories) Order 1993^f1, all goods are prohibited to be exported from the United Kingdom to any destination in the Bosnian Serb controlled areas or the United Nations Protected Areas of the Republic of Croatia.
