  "long_title": "These Regulations prescribe the forms of the entries to be made in the Parental Order Register pursuant to directions made by a court granting a parental order under section 30 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 (c. 37). A parental order may be granted in respect of a child who is born as a result of a surrogacy arrangement and who is genetically related to at least one of the applicants for the order.",
