# The Formula Valuation (Revocations) (Scotland) Order 1995, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes various Orders made under section 6 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975. The Orders in question prescribe the rateable values of certain property in Scotland for the purposes of non-domestic rates.
