Coming into force 1st April 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 59(5) and 181(1) and (2)(c) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
