  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on Royal Assent—\nsection 77\nsection 79\nthis section\nsection 81\n(2) Other provisions come into force on such day as Ministers may appoint by order made by statutory instrument.\n(3) Ministers must appoint the same day for sections 1 to 7 to come into force.\n(4) An order under subsection (2) may—\n(a) make such transitional, transitory or saving provision as Ministers consider appropriate,\n(b) appoint different days for different purposes.",
