# The Fossil Fuel Levy (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 4: Amendment


In regulation 12(2) of the Principal Regulations for sub-paragraph (b)(i) and (ii) there shall be substituted the following—
“(i) leviable electricity; and
(ii) electricity other than leviable electricity,
supplied by him during the qualifying month in question.”.
