In regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations—

(a)

in paragraph (3) for the words “any electricity within the category in question” there shall be substituted the word “electricity”;

(b)

in paragraph (4)(a) the words “within each relevant category” shall be omitted; and

(c)

in paragraph (5) for the words “any electricity within the relevant category in question”there shall be substituted the word “electricity”.
