# The Fossil Fuel Levy Regulations 1990, Regulation 34: Information in the form of estimates


Where any person is required by notice under regulation 33 to furnish information in the form of estimates, he shall use all reasonable care, having regard to all the relevant circumstances, to ensure that the information so furnished is complete, accurate and reliable.
