  "heading": "Custody and use of information furnished to prescribed person",
  "text": "(1) All information furnished to the Director pursuant to these Regulations shall be kept separate from other information held by the Director.\n(2) The information mentioned in paragraph (1) shall be kept in containers or other media which cannot be opened or otherwise interfered with, and to which access cannot be had, except in case of emergency, by any person not entitled to use or have access to such information.\n(3) The information mentioned in paragraph (1) shall be used–\n(a) by the Director; and\n(b) by any staff or other person employed or engaged by the Director,\nin each case only for purposes connected with the levy.",
