# The Fossil Fuel Levy Regulations 1990, Regulation 4: Collector etc of levy: prescribed person


The Director is hereby prescribed as the person to collect payments in respect of the levy and, pursuant to the following provisions of these Regulations, to make payments to public electricity suppliers.
