  "heading": "Calculation and notification of rate of levy",
  "text": "(1) Subject to regulation 41, the Director shall from time to time calculate the rate of levy in accordance with the method set out in Schedule 2.\n(2) Also subject to regulation 41, the Director shall notify the rate of levy to each licensed supplier not less than three months before the commencement of the qualifying month, or the first of the qualifying months, to which it applies.\n(3) The Director shall also notify the rate of levy to the applicant for a licence under section 6(1)(c) or (2) of the Act–\n(a) in the case of a licence under section 6(1)(c), at the same time as the publication in relation to the licence of the notice mentioned in section 6(4) and (5) of the Act; and\n(b) in the case of a licence under section 6(2), at the time the licence is granted.",
