# The Fossil Fuel Levy Regulations 1990, Regulation 7: Publication of rate of levy


The Director shall arrange for the publication of the rate of levy calculated by him in accordance with regulation 6 in such form and such manner as he considers appropriate for bringing it to the attention of consumers of electricity supplied by licensed suppliers.
