Estimates for any year or part of a year of–

(a)

the price a licensed supplier would have to pay for a unit of electricity purchased for delivery during a particular half hour and in relation to which no terms as to price, other than those at which any other licensed supplier would have been entitled to purchase that unit, are available;

(b)

total quantities of leviable and other electricity delivered to or from a transmission system in England and Wales, expressed in kilowatt hours;

(c)

total quantities of electricity delivered to a transmission system in England and Wales from–

(i)

a transmission system in Scotland; or

(ii)

an interconnector

expressed, in either case, in kilowatt hours; and

(d)

loss factors applicable to, and actual kilowatt hours lost during, the conveyance of electricity by means of a transmission system in England and Wales.
