Laid before the Scottish Parliament 7th March 2002
Coming into force 31st March 2002
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33 and 60 of the Electricity Act 1989 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
