# Foster Children Act 1980 (repealed 14.10.1991), Section 24: Citation, etc.

Extent: E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Foster Children Act 1980.
(2) This Act shall come into force on the date appointed under section 90(1) of the Child Care Act 1980 for the coming into force of that Act.
(3) This Act (except Part II of Schedule 2 which extends only to Scotland) extends to England and Wales only.
