Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Fostering Services (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 1st April 2009.
(2)
These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
(3)
In these Regulations, “the FSR” means the Fostering Services Regulations 2002f1.
