# The Fostering Services Regulations 2002, Regulation 22: Records with respect to fostering services


(1) The fostering service provider shall maintain and keep up to date the records specified in Schedule 2.
(2) The records referred to in paragraph (1) shall be retained for at least 15 years from the date of the last entry.
