Paragraph 13

In relation to the prospective foster parent, either—

(a)

an enhanced criminal record certificate issued under section 115 of the Police Act 1997^f1 including the matters specified in section 115(6A) of that Act; or

(b)

where any certificate of information on any matters referred to in sub-paragraph (a) is not available to an individual because any provision of the Police Act 1997 has not been brought into force, details of any criminal offences—

(i)

of which the person has been convicted, including details of any convictions which are spent within the meaning of section 1 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974^f2 and which may be disclosed by virtue of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975^f3; or

(ii)

in respect of which he has been cautioned by a constable and which, at the time the caution was given, he admitted; and

in relation to each member of the household aged 18 or over, details of any criminal offences such as are mentioned in sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) of paragraph 13(b).
