# The Fostering Services (Wales) Regulations 2003, Paragraph 11


The outcome of any request or application made by that person or any other member of that person’s household to foster or adopt children or for registration for child minding or day care, including particulars of any previous approval or refusal of approval relating to the person or to any other member of that person’s household.
