# The Fostering Services (Wales) Regulations 2003, Paragraph 13


In relation to the prospective foster parent and each member of the household aged 18 or over, an enhanced criminal record certificate issued under section 115 of the Police Act 1997 including the matters specified in section 115(6A) of that Act.
