# The Foundation Body Regulations 1999, Regulation 11: Removal from office


(1) A member may be removed from office by the members of the foundation body if he fails to attend two consecutive meetings.
(2) A governor member may be removed from office by the governing body which appointed him.
(3) A member may not vote in connection with a proposal that he be removed from office.
