Regulation 15 Conduct and meetings

elect a member as chairman who shall be elected (or re-elected) at the first ordinary meeting of each year;

define a quorum which cannot be less than half (rounded up to the nearest whole number) the total number of members of the foundation body when complete; and

keep minutes of the proceedings of meetings and make them available to the governing bodies of schools in the group on request.
