# The Foundation Body Regulations 1999, Regulation 22: Resolution of disputes


Where there is a dispute between the governing bodies of schools in the group or between the governing body of one or more schools in the group and the foundation body then one of the parties to that dispute can apply in writing to the Secretary of State for him to determine the matter.
