  "long_title": "This Order reconstitutes the Fowey Harbour Commissioners as from 1st September 2001. It provides for the Commissioners to consist of a body of ten Commissioners with experience in relevant matters. Six persons will be appointed by the Commissioners and three by the Restormel Borough Council. The Chief Executive will also hold office as a Commissioner. Under the terms of the Order the appointed Commissioners will retire in rotation.",
