# The Fowey Harbour Revision Order 2001, Article 17: Repeals

Extent: E+W+S

On the new constitution date the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order (which include spent enactments) shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
