# The Fowey Harbour Revision Order 2001, Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W+S

A Commissioner (other than the Chief Executive) may resign his office at any time by notice in writing given to the chairman of the Commissioners or, if that Commissioner is the chairman, the vice-chairman.
