# The Fowey Harbour Revision Order 2001, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S

Subject to paragraph 7 below, every chairman subsequently appointed under paragraph 1 above shall, unless he resigns his office as chairman or ceases to be a Commissioner, hold office for a period of three years.
