# The Fraserburgh Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2001, Article 18: Amendments


For the definition of “Commissioners” in section 2 of the Fraserburgh Harbour Order 1985 there shall be substituted—
““Commissioners” means the Fraserburgh Harbour Commissioners holding office under the authority of the Fraserburgh Harbour Order 1990 or the Fraserburgh Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2001.”.
