Article 1 Citation and commencement

(1)

This order may be cited as the Fraserburgh Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2012 and shall come into force on the day following the day on which it is made.

The Fraserburgh Harbour Order Confirmation Act 1985^f1, The Fraserburgh Harbour Order Confirmation Act 1990^f2, The Fraserburgh Harbour Revision Order 1995^f3, The Fraserburgh Harbour Revision Order 1999^f4, The Fraserburgh Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2001^f5, The Fraserburgh Harbour Revision Order 2011^f6 and this Order may be cited together as the Fraserburgh Harbour Acts and Orders 1985 to 2012.
