# Fraud Act 2006, Paragraph 23


In Article 3 (power of constable to stop and search persons, vehicles etc.), in paragraph (8), for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) fraud (contrary to section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006).”
