  "text": "(1) In Schedule 6 (trigger offences), in paragraph 1, omit the entry relating to section 15 of the Theft Act 1968.\n(2) After paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 insert—\n“3 Offences under the following provisions of the Fraud Act 2006 are trigger offences—\nsection 1 (fraud)\nsection 6 (possession etc. of articles for use in frauds)\nsection 7 (making or supplying articles for use in frauds).”",
