  "text": "(1) In section 14(2) (offences giving rise to immigration officer's power of arrest), omit paragraph “ (g)(ii) ” and “ (iii) ”, in paragraph “ (h) ”, “ 15, 16 ” and paragraphs (i) and (j).\n(2) After section 14(2)(h) insert—\n“(ha) an offence under either of the following provisions of the Fraud Act 2006—\n(i) section 1 (fraud);\n(ii) section 11 (obtaining services dishonestly),”.",
