For Article 3 of each of the Free Zone (Liverpool) Designation Order 2001 and the Free Zone (Port of Sheerness) Designation Order 2004 substitute—

The responsible authority for the free zone shall be the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company, whose Head Office is at Maritime Centre, Port of Liverpool, Liverpool, L21 1LA.”
