  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the free zone designation orders in respect of the free zones at Southampton, Liverpool, Prestwick Airport, Port of Tilbury and Port of Sheerness by removing, in each case, the obligation upon the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, to keep the free zone maps at New King’s Beam House. It maintains the obligation of the responsible authority, in each case, to keep a copy of the map.\nThe maps are held by the Commissioners' Frontiers Unit at Portcullis House, 27 Victoria Avenue, Southend-on Sea, SS2 6AL and are available for inspection, on application, during normal office hours.\nIn addition, this Order amends the free zone designation orders in respect of the free zones at Liverpool and Sheerness by updating the details of the responsible authority.\nNo regulatory impact assessment has been produced for this Order as it has no impact on the costs of businesses, charities or voluntary bodies.",

      "text": "The functions of the Commissioners of Customs and Excise were transferred to the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs by section 5(2) of the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005 (c. 11). Section 50(1) of that Act provides that a reference to the Commissioners of Customs and Excise shall be taken as a reference to the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs."
